With the marriage of the GE/FANUC control and the ECOTECH GRINDER, we have developed a state-of-the-art CNC Rotary Grinder with the simplicity of programming today’s most complex parts.
This machine has been designed with the capability to grind and monitor the part size and will compensate for wheel wear with the CNC.
The MS7475B and MS74100 are completely electric with no hydraulics. The machines come standard with the worktable that can be traversed longitudinally for easy loading and unloading.
All of ECOTECH'S Rotary Grinders has heavy aged cast iron construction, that have been precision machined and hand scraped. The machines have a three column support with separate wheelhead and table motors. With the roll type thrust bearing on the wheelhead, they will give you many years of trouble free operation and high accuracies.
